Mecklin Research is a sufficient, hands-on team working across health crisis that goes undetected. We hire people who'd rather solve a hard problem than talk about one. Turning
Every open role sits at the point where hard engineering meets an actual patient outcome.
What you build here contributes directly to diagnostic and monitoring systems used in the field, not a slide deck that never ships.
You'll work alongside senior engineers and researchers who will actively guide your move from academic theory to applied, shipped engineering.
Classical physics, signal processing and modern AI, applied together. Hands-on experience you won't get sitting in a bigger, slower team.

Don't see a fit right now? Send your resume and a short note on a problem you're proud of solving to research@mecklin.in. We read every one.
Are you a recent graduate who wants to apply serious mathematics and AI to real healthcare problems? We're looking for a highly analytical, driven Computational Research Engineer to work at the intersection of AI, fluid mechanics and biomedical engineering. Your primary focus will be developing AI-driven fluid dynamics simulations and running Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analysis in MATLAB to model and understand pulmonary impedance. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a career in med-tech computational modelling.

We're looking for a Hardware Design Engineer to own PCB design for biomedical devices where signal fidelity is the whole point: microvolt-level bioelectric signals, not just power rails. You'll design and lay out boards in Eagle and Fusion 360, then defend that design through impedance matching, RF integrity checks and BLE radio layout, on boards that also need high-speed digital lines routed correctly. If you've ever chased a noise floor down to the microvolt level or fought ground bounce on a high-speed bus, this role is built for you.

This is a front-row seat, not a back-office job. You'll sit right next to the founders and jump into whatever's live that week: operations, coordination, research, follow-ups, the works. There's no fixed job description. Just one rule: figure out what needs to happen, and go make it happen. We're not hunting for a technical background here. We want someone genuinely sharp, someone who can drop into a half-formed situation, read the room fast, and back themselves to make the right call without being told exactly what to do.
Submit your application below. Your resume and details will be sent directly to our team.
We're looking for a Clinical Research Associate to sit at the point where patient data meets signal analysis. You'll collect and organize patient data, prepare clinical study documentation, and review signal data for quality, working closely with our data engineering team to keep everything clean, structured and ready for downstream analysis.

We're looking for a Product Design and Ergonomics Engineer to shape the physical form and human-facing experience of our biomedical hardware, devices that real patients and clinicians hold, wear and interact with every day. You'll own product design and ergonomics from early concept sketches through to a device that's comfortable, usable and manufacturable.
